Restore Britain records 6% in new Trajectory poll

Two polls published on Wednesday put the party ahead of its recent average, though other surveys show lower figures

Restore Britain was on 6% in a Trajectory Partnership poll published on Wednesday 14th October, up three points on the firm's previous survey.

The poll of 1,473 people, carried out between 5th and 14th October, put Labour on 30%, Reform UK on 22% and the Conservatives on 21%, according to the polling aggregators election.uk and PollCheck.

A More in Common poll published the same day, with fieldwork from 9th to 12th October, had Restore on 5%, up one point.

Other surveys show lower figures. YouGov's poll from 11th to 12th October is listed at 2% by election.uk and at 1% by PollCheck. PollCheck's seven-poll moving average for the party stood at 3.9% as of 14th October.

PollCheck notes that only a minority of pollsters name Restore Britain as an option, so its average is "not an estimate of true national support if every pollster did".

Rupert Lowe wrote on X: "Restore Britain up three points in a new poll just out. An awfully long way to go, obviously, but as a team we are taking big steps in the right direction." The party's account posted: "Up three."

The main points

- One poll, by Trajectory Partnership, puts Restore Britain on 6%, up three points.

- Another, by More in Common, has it on 5%, up one.

- YouGov's latest has it at 1% or 2%, depending on the source.

- Averaged across polls that list the party, it is on about 3.9%.

- Polls are snapshots of opinion at one moment, not predictions.
